About: “I'm a restless soul trapped in suburbia of the greater Toronto area. Any precious spare time and money, I use to head outside for whatever I can get. I usually end up on the Bruce Trail as it runs very close to my house but when I have more time, I'll head as far north as I can get for some quiet camping and reflection. I've also trekked to Mt. Everest Basecamp unguided and with only a hand drawn map, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, trekked the Inca Trail to Macchu Pichu in Peru, the Amazon Jungle and backpacked across Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. I recently spent a couple of weeks in Woodland Caribou Provincial Park, near Red Lake, Ontario. That was absolutely amazing. No roads lead into the park so you have to fly, hike, or portage in to the park. I really really want to get to the arctic. Possibly canoe the Nahanni or spend some time on Baffin Island. I love the mountains. They hold such mystery and adventure that I can never seem to get them out of my mind. In 2 years, my friend and I are planning on trekking the Annapurna Circuit. If anyone is interested in becoming a hermit with me deep in the rockies, let me know.”
