Jeff Crowder of Ontario has correctly identified the mystery man from my previous post. Congratulations Jeff! An official explore hat will soon be on its way.
That rather suave-looking fellow drinking the 21-year-old Glenfiddich is none other than famed Canadian explorer Colin Angus—the first person to travel around the world by human power.
It's amazing what a nice suit and haircut can do for a guy's appearance. For those of you who never saw what Colin looked like near the end of his round-the-world expedition, here's a photo. Scary.
