A mountain bike facility near Gravenhurst, Ontario, with about 20 km of trails.

Not much change in elevation, but a variety of trails and difficulties. Some good exposed rock faces.

Beautiful place for fall colours.

Cross-country skiing in winter. Warming huts are positioned along the way, and you're never too far from the main gate, making this a low-risk place to learn.

Directions from Toronto:

Take highway 400 north to Highway 11.
Follow Hwy 11 to Hwy 118 (exit #182 to Vankoughnet/Haliburton).
Go east on 118 to Germania Rd. (about 5 minutes).
Turn right (south) on Germania. Continue to Reay Rd.
Turn right (west) on Reay Rd. to Buckwallow.
