Lawrencetown Beach is 1.5 kilometers of unspoiled sand looking out on the cold Atlantic Ocean. The beach is a provincial park and a local favorite. All sorts of wildlife call this area home. Lawrencetown Beach is a prime surfing destination on Canada's East Coast.

In order to get to Lawrencetown you drive 25 minutes from Halifax on Route 207.

Ammenities at the beach include:

  • canteen
  • showers
  • flush toilets
  • plenty of parking
  • boardwalks

Bring your wetsuit as the water never gets warm.

Rentals are available at Happy Dudes Surf Emporium either at their Shop (4891 Hwy 207) or at their Mobile Rental Van which is usually on site at the head bank overlooking Lawrencetown Beach when the waves are going.
